The activation link is only valid for 7 days. Once the "create a profile" link has expired, it cannot be resent.
To obtain a new link, the Account Holder Representative (AHR) at the Firm should log in to MyTeraview and use the Transfer User feature to transfer the original user they created to a new user with the same name. After completing this step, the AHR can email admin@teraview.ca to irequest that the transfer fee be waived.
