The Account Holder Representative can check how many licenses are available in MyTeraview®.
- Account Holder Representative logs in to MyTeraview® (must have a valid email address in your profile)
- Click on Transfer User(s)
- Any available licenses will show at the top of the list and will be labelled Available License 1, Available License 2, and so on. If none appear, then you will need to purchase an additional license and use the Add User(s) function.
