How do I suspend a user?

1. Account Holder Representative logs in to MyTeraview® (must have a valid email address in your profile)
2. Click on Suspend User(s)
3. Select User(s) to Suspend. Maximum of 10 users can be selected at one time.
4. Click Suspend Selected User(s)
5. A confirmation page will appear.
6. A confirmation email will be sent to the Account Holder Representative.

Please note: Suspended licenses will now appear as Available Licenses on the Transfer User(s) page.
