Customers have reported that they have searched by an instrument number, and it has displayed how many results there are, but not all of the PIN's are showing on screen.
This is due to a discrepancy in the limits in the 2 systems. Teraview has a limit of 1000, but TSB (Teranet search bundle) has a limit of 500.
Therefore, Teraview will only display 500, even if the message advises there are more than that,
The workaround for now is to open a Service Now ticket, and assign to the Application support team, and ask them to provide a list of all the PIN's the instrument is registered on.
