There are two ways that you can retrieve the invoice/receipt:
- An invoice/receipt was emailed to you after your purchase so you can look through your emails (junk folder as well ) to find it ; or
- You can print the invoice/receipt using the Transaction Report under Manage Profile.
To retrieve an invoice/receipt via Transaction Report:
- Go To Manage Profile > Transaction Report
- Choose Retrieve
- Enter the Start and End dates Note: You can only search between two months at a time (e.g. Start date: 01/31/2015 to End date: 03/31/2015). You can retrieve the transactions as far back as since you registered.
- Choose Retrieve
- The Transaction Report appears
- Choose the Trans. ID for the purchase
- The invoice will appear in a new window.
- To print it, right-click on the document and choose Print.
