Yes. The current Authorized Account Holder Representative (AHR) indicated on your application can add additional AHRs.
The Account Administration feature within Teraview® allows the Account Holder Representative to add additional AHRs.
To access Account Administration, click on the Administration icon . Under the section of Account Management, click on the link for Account Administration
Once in this section, follow the steps below:
- In the Users section, select the name of the user for whom you'd like to grant (or revoke) this status - or enter the full name of the user in the Name field and select the Search button.
- To the right of the user name, select the User Details button.
The User Details window opens.
- In the User Authorization section, use the checkbox to select Account Holder Representative.
- Select Save.
A confirmation message appears.
- Select OK to close.
