Your Account Holder Representative can grant you access through Teraview by following these steps below.
- From the toolbar icons at the top of the screen, select the Administration icon .
The Administration Pane opens.
- Under the Account Management section, select Account Administration.
The Account Administration section displays.
3. In the Users section, select the name of the user for whom you'd like to grant or revoke access - or enter the full name of the user in the Name field and select the Search button.
4. To the right of the user name, select the User Details button.
The User Details window opens.
5. In the User Details window, under User Authorization options, use the checkbox to select Allow ERBA Access. Deselect the box to revoke access.
6. Select Save.
A confirmation message appears.
7. Select OK to close.
NOTE: If your Account Holder Representative does not have a Teraview license, then they will need to complete Form 200 and email it to admin@teraview.ca to grant the access.
